contact with German members

Hello,
I am looking for members/groups in Germany, although I live in New Zealand at the moment. However,soon I will be back in G. and it would be nice to get in touch with "grateful people".

ich denke, es gibt keinen Einwand, hier auch deutsch zu schreiben (I think there is nothing to keep us from writing in German). Welcome, Karin! The places where we live are far apart, so forming a group will not be possible. But we can always exchange posts on these forums. People here are very tolerant, if our English is not perfect. I hope to read from you again!

ja,wir wohnen weit voneinander entfernt.Aber natuerlich koennen auch andere Leute noch dazu kommen,die ein wenig naeher wohnen.Ich hoffe jedenfalls,dass sich mehr interreligioese Gruppen bilden werden.Die Zeit ist dafuer reif,meine ich.
Einstweilen mailen wir weiter.

nach herrlichen Tagen in den Dolomiten (ich empfehle sehr das MMM Monte rite, Messner's Museum auf 2100m mit 360' Blick) halte ich ein im Bett, vergrippt, bei meinem Sohn in München.

I am new to the Forum, to the Gratefulness website, but not new to community building or interreligious dialogue.  I am German, live in the UK, am a member of the Orthodox Church (former Roman Catholic), work in criminal justice.
 
I've come across David Steindl-Rast through Benedictine/Buddhist dialogue (I am a lay member of a Benedictine community) and am grateful to have come across this website, and the communities linked to it.
 
This is just a short message to say hello, and to wish you well - have you made it back to Germany?
