Prayer and Healing - 3/19/2008 7:20 AM ( #1 )
Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum ,but not new to greatfulness.org
I have come to ask for prayers, positve thoughts and healing for my many sisters in battle with the beast, breast cancer. I discovered this wonderful healing place 3 years ago , when my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and clicked on a link to light a candle. I have been coming back
ever since leaving prayers and lighting candles for my online sisters in this hidious battle. I am ashamed to say I did not realize there was a forum  until just recently so I have been reading your post and enjoying the
uplifting messages the past few days.

I just started a group for FERNE who  has been fighting with all her might.
She is at home under the care of hospice right now . She is the most loving sister and always came to leave a prayer or postive thought for anyone in need in spite of her own battle.  I would like to extend an invitation to anyone that would like to come leave a healing postive thought or prayer for Ferne and all Breast cancer sisters , brothers and their familys and care givers in this battle. Thank you once again for this
place. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome to the forum, Carrie! You are asking for prayers for an important cause that affects so many women and their families. I don't think there are many in this forum who have not been touched in some way by breast cancer, either personally, in their families or among their friends.
I'll be glad to light a candle for Ferne and all you online sisters.

With every good wish,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Thank you so much for the prayers and healing energy you have sent!
I was surprised to see someone responding so quickly to my request for prayer!

Dear Care,
I will be praying for you and all those who are fighting breast cancer. We found out on Tuesday that my niece has endometrial cancer, so your message is a particularly poignant one for me. I will go to FERNE's group and add my prayers.
God bless you,
Shirley

I will light a candle for your friend as well.  When I was battling breast cancer, the best tool I had was good friends.  Your friend is lucky to have you.
