I followed the link from INVEST IN ME, lit a candle for all my friends who are suffering from the same illness...then I discovered you have a forum. 
 
I have the chance to read everthing......but loving what I read about so far.  Thank you for proving such a spiritual and uplifting place for me to stop and just relax.

Living with chronic illness that medical science offers no cure nor effective treatments.....it is easy to sink into a deep hole of darkness.   My love for art offers the kind of peace and serenity I need as distraction from physical suffering.    Ain't I blessed?

I used to check out many art sites, specially by people who are sick and have loads of emotional pain.   Each place I visited depressed me even more..  So I vowed to myself that I'd put out a site that's encouraging and not stressful.  I hope that I'm closer to achieve my goal today than yesterday.
 
One day at a time, baby steps I take each day.  As long as I'm not laying around and surrender to my illness, even if I only well enough to paint or design for 30 mnutes a day, I'm achieving something.  Yes?
