Parker

Please light a candle for a little boy named Parker. I have started a candle group...  "PH"
 
He is having surgery in the morning and more surgeries this next week.

A prayer vigil for him starts in about 3 minutes.

Welcome to the forum, Debbie! I have just read about Parker and lit a candle for him praying for a good outcome of his surgery. I'll keep him and his family in my prayers.

I talked to Tiff around 6. She said she was 'skipping' down the hallway of the hospital. Not really what I was expecting to hear! But Parker is doing great!! He's stats have been great! She can't believe it! He's on room air, sitting at a 45 degree angle. Parker never does well after any type of procedure or surgery.

But, keep praying. The next 48 hours could be touch and go depending on how his infection reacts to this.

So far so GOOD!! The power of prayer is so amazing!

Thank you so much for the prayers, they are working. He still has the blood infection but came through the surgery okay and is fighting the infection.

O Lord, holy Father, creator of the universe, author of its laws, you can bring the dead back to life, and heal those who are sick. We pray for Parker who is sick, that he may feel your hand upon him, renewing his body and refreshing his soul. Show to him the affection in which you hold all your creatures.
