Seperation - please pray - 8/29/2008 7:08 AM ( #1 )
Hello all, what a wonderful website, with so much positivity!

If anyone is drawn to this post and feels they would like to say a prayer for me and my husband I would be very grateful.

My husband is in a dark place and has been unfaithful, he turned his back on me when I found out and made me suffer so much. Yet he looks to me to help him now in this situation and I cannot save him or us alone. Please pray for me to find the strength to make the right decision about my future. I am so scared right now and my whole future hangs in the balance. Please pray for my husband Ed, to help him come to terms with the pain and suffering he has caused to both of us. Please pray that we both may take the paths that lead us to our higher purpose.

Thank you

Welcome to the forum, Sadie! I am so very sorry about your marital difficulties. My heart goes out to you! I gladly pray for you and Ed that you may make the best decisions for both of you. Perhaps your relationship can still be healed if this is what you both want. Other than prayer have you considered marital counseling? An uninvolved third party can be very helpful in sorting out the maze of feelings and thoughts.

I'll light a candle for you in the ALL group!

Wishing you everything good,
Much love and warm hugs,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Sadie,

I am also going to light a candle for you. Having gratefully experienced the infinite power of Love in my life, I hope for you and your husband to find reconciliation and peace (with  professional help, if possible, as has been suggested).

Hi Sadie, I really feel for you at this time and have an idea of some of things that you may be experiencing at the moment, although of course everyone's experience is different. You will get through this, whatever you choose to do. The difficulty of course is deciding. Praying that you are held in the Love and Support Always.

Hi Sadie, I've been thinking about you a lot. Maybe the answers will come to you quickly, perhaps they will take time. It may also be, that for some things you are trying to figure out, there won't be any answers, at least not ones that will make sense to you. Be kind and be gentle with yourself. Sending you positive and healing thoughts and energy. Things are still very raw for you, time brings a different perspective.  Praying that you are held in peace and love.Take care

Hi Sadie,
My heart goes out to you. There are rocky paths in all marriages. I pray that you can find happiness again with the path you decide to follow. Only you can decide which way to turn. It's hard to forgive someone when they do not ask for forgiveness. Sounds like you deserve much better. God Bless you.
With Hope each of us can have a life with Peace, Faith and Love.
