Our Sangha is a weekly meditation group which is going into its 11th year of happy existence. We just sit, walk and sit in quietness for one hour. The informal circle afterwards - with just tea - is an open space for sharing, discussing, joking and being together. New friendships, loving relations and mutual help with all kind of life's challenges have resulted. We are grateful for having found a group of kindred spirits.

wat fun ur sangha sounds like.where did ya get the name. i ask coz i come frm the land of buddhism--- india and sangha is a buddhist word . do tell me more about ur sessions. i am also on a spiritual journey which is awesome.

Dear nita

The word Sangha and the idea to start one at home was picked up by two of our members who had visited Plum Village (www.plumvillage.org). Thich Nath Than is the founder of that buddhist center in France.

I am sure sanghas exist all over the world, possibly with other names. Maybe you will consider joining one in your neighborhood. Check out www.gratefulness.org or google it.

hello pKay
so nice to heaar frm u. i am part of an organization, 'THE ART OF LIVING '
which exists in 156 . it involves yoga, knowledge rathered from all over, working for upliftment of society and under- priviledged.
we get togther to chant,meditate. it is such an enriching path and takes u so deep within.
i feel so rested ever since i joined it.
anyone wanting to know more can go to our website by the name i mention above.
spirituality truly changes everything abt uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.
