Please light a candle for my mother who is fighting Liver Cancer

I want to update everyone on how my mother is. Well yesterday dec. 6th at 3:05 she passed away. I am so thankful and grateful that god gave me the chance to be with her while she did pass away. I was there for about 20 mins. She was so peaceful and i never knew it till my cousin went and got the nurse. I'll never forget Dec. 6th. It was the worse day of my life, but the best day for my mother cause she finally got to go home with the lord and she got her wings.

I am so very sorry for your loss! I am glad you were able to spend the last minutes with her as she passed on into a new life free of pain. I know she leaves a big void in your life, but she is close to you, you can still talk to her and listen to her in your heart!

Please don't think of 6 December as being the worst day of your life . . . you shared something very, very special with your mother that day. You gave her the great gift of your presence and your love. Your broken heart can opened and be filled with love for her, even in the midst of your sorrow.
I tenderly hold you close to my heart as you go through the next days and weeks . . . and hope that you can return when you are able to share your story and wisdom, but also to feel the love for you that is here.

Thank you all very much. I am doing ok. Taking it day by day but as the one yr comes up i find myself not being able to sleep and all i do is think of her. I never thought lossing someone so close would hurt this bad. It just goes to show you that she really truly meant something to me. She was not only my mother but my best friend!

I lost my Mother 22 years ago and there isn't a day when I don't miss her. It took me 10 years to let her clothes go, and then I knew I was healing. It may not take you that long. It takes as long as it takes.
I do know that she isn't far away. I need her now more than, probably, since I was a child, and I know she is watching out for me. A quiet presence.
 
Love never dies, and the Love between you and your Mother will keep her close to you.
Talk to her. Let her help you.
