the way this site works is simple
 
you read what others have written and posted. when you feel moved, you comment on what they have said; or you come up with a comment yourself and others will reply
 
if you can open your heart, you will find people who also share their heart
 
together, it is very supportive, not condesending or judgmental and generally something to look forward to each time you post or read - i know it is a little bit of sunshine every time i get to visit
 
it's important to take time as i am myself still learning a little about how this site works after a year
