Today is the twentieth World AIDS Day. Please light a candle under the AIDS group for people who are dealing with this disease. The candle will be under AIDS

Dear Kriann . . .
AIDS is still a terrible killer, even though attention given to it in this country has declined.
I pray that we begin to reach out again, especially in Africa, where there is so little money and so little hope.

Thanks to all for lighting a candle. LilSparrow, I've heard of entire villages in Africa who are all sick with this disease. It's very sad and I hope our new president will do more than Pres. Bush did to help people with AIDS.

Dear Kriann,
Thank you for posting this. I am going to light a candle now, and I too hope that more can be done. There are a lot of people I know who are trying their best, and I think we in Europe have kind of fallen complacent with it because it is out of the news and out of our thoughts!
