Dear Isabella,
A therapist said to me only the other day, to accept my situation and also my feelings about it. This acceptance isn't giving in to it, it is giving YOU more personal power. Try it. You are in this situation and you are feeling this way at the moment. Don't hide away and don't try to pretend to yourself or anyone else that you are OK if you aren't.
 
Accept yourself just as you are......not to drown in your feelings, but to allow yourself permission for feel them.
