Welcome to the forum, Missie! I'll be glad to pray for the man you love and want to marry. Perhaps he needs to get some insight why he is afraid of commitment. Four years is a long time to wait and you don't want to marry a man who feels pressured into marriage. Perhaps some couple counseling would help in addition to praying about it.
