The Secret

You can begin right now to feel healthy. You can begin to feel prosperous. You can begin to feel the love that's surrounding you, even if it's not there. And what will happen is the universe will correspond to the nature of your song. The universe will correspond to the nature of that inner feeling and manifest, because that's the way you feel. 

 

So what are you feeling now? Take a few moments to think about how you feel. If you're not feeling as good as you'd like to, focus on feeling your feelings inside and purposefully lift them. As you focus intensely on your feelings, with the intention to lift yourself, you can powerfully elevate them. One way is to close your eyes (shutting out distractions), focus on your feelings inside, and smile for one minute.

 

It's hard to swallow, but when we can begin to open ourselves up to that, the ramifications are awesome. It means that whatever thought has done in your life, it can be undone through a shift in your awareness.

Dear Bernie,
Yes, I have known about and tried to practise this for a number of years now. I know it works, but it isn't as easy as it sounds!
For one thing, you have to believe it without a shadow of a doubt, and putting those inevitable doubts out of your mind is one of the hard bits. Having said that, once you have started earnestly to do this, you do feel better about your situation, and that in itself helps to alter and improve it.

So true, but if one continues focusing positively, pin-pointedly, eventually everything changes, transforms itself for the better; yes, no matter how bleak & awful things may seem to be at times... the rainbow will certainly appear & all of Life in all its manifestations will radiate & glow w/ love & promise!
