Jude, I do think you are so right! I think we all need to take a step back and try to slow down! It is so very hard to do this though in today's world huh?

I am sorry I have not called but I have been depressed with several different things going on.
 
Its great news about how your mom and the twins have improved. I am really happy about that. What a blessing.....

thank  you so much Jude. I am trying to count my blessings and concentrate on the good instead of the bad. There is alot of beauty in my life, alot of joy and much to be happy about. Its a matter of attitude for me, and I am trying to keep mine up with mental health treatment and positive thinking.

Karen, I'm so sorry to hear that you have been so down. I thought about calling you this week but I have been real busy! Yes! I have got a computer now. I had to buy one as mine there was no hope for it! (Like me huh imagine that huh? ha ha) Anyway, You know that you can call me any time day or night as I am usually up. Especially lately as I am not sleeping good. Sometimes it helps to have someone to talk to. Anyway, thanks for the sweet words about mom and Betty.  TAke care and I hope to hear from you soon.
