Sandra, DON'T apologize! It was no secret since my profile would tell you so! Working with children is challenging but interacting with parents is often more difficult, and occasionally humorous. Once a mother called, "This is Michelle!" How was I supposed to know whose mother that was! It's getting late for you! Good night!
