I have stitches on my back.  They're supposed to come out next week.  Please light a candle for me.
Your friend,

Dear Drew, I visited your website and tried to read your book, but unfortunately I don't have the right pdf reader.

I will certainly light a candle for you and the stitches. Wishing you well,

Welcome to the forum, Drew!

Having to have stitches removed shouldn't be too bad an ordeal for you, but I can imagine that you might feel scared. Some people are afraid of being cut, but it's only the stitches that are cut!

I'll keep you in my prayers,
With every good wish and love,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Dear Drew . . .
I too, would like to welcome you to the forum.
Also, I have visited your web site
and see what an active life you have!
I lived in the southwest some time ago,
and it was nice to see the photographs you have posted . . .
made me a bit 'homesick'  . . .
I hope all goes well with having your stitches removed,
and also that you will return here soon
with love . . .

Welcome to the forum Drew. I'm sorry to hear about your stitches. I hope things go ok for you when you get them taken out. I had to take my 3 year old daughter to get stiches last Saturday due to an accident at a friends house. I have to admit it sis scare me and I am an adult. This is really the 1st time I have had to deal with stitches. WEll that I remember anyway as I have had some before when I was a child. My daughter had to have 6 put in and it is right above her eye. She was messing with a great dane dog (just rubbing the dog and talking to the dog) and the dog snapped at her. Some say she hit the couch but my hubby and some others say the dog bit her. It has been a weird week because since a dog was involved then my friend's dog has had to be quarinteened and all. Anyway, I do hope all goes well for you. Please let us know how you are doing and how things go.

Dear Drew.,
Again, welcome !!!  I will be happy to light candle and say a prayer for you.  Having stitches put in is painful,  But  having them taken out isnt, in my experience it never hurt to have them removed.  It kinda tickled a bit.

I read your website and was very impressed. you are quite accomplished.  A poet an actor. A deep thinker with important observations and much to say.  I too believe in peace, Drew.   I am very glad you are here.  Sending light and love and angels, liliwings

Dear Drew,

I need to apologize for quoting one of your poems on the wrong thread. I read many of your poems and the one that caught my attention was this one:

WRITER'S BLOCK

Writer's block is a pain
       In the brain.
        I just hope
It doesn't drive the writer insane.

This is so very true!

Much love,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Dear Drew . . .
I haven't been able to access your poetry yet
but I love the poem that Edda has retrieved.
It so perfectly expresses the agony of creation
with love . . .

Thank you so much for this.
It gives a smile in the midst of creative pain
