Love for you - 3/24/2009 4:13 PM ( #1 )
Have I said, "I love you." too many times for you to believe it again,
and never shown it, by taking you in, to my heart,
where we too, are but one,
as touch is to feel,
the sun?

I failed at love
and that is sad
The tears came out
as I wrote, and wrote, and wrote my apologies for leaving love, for selfishness.

the leaf on the back deck is waking up, being turned, over, allowing the bottom see the top, me, being just as i am, to stop

I have too . . .
but I think it has taught me
that there is grace and power
in learning from my mistakes
with love . . .

Dear John,

Who is perfect in loving? We all fail. Our actions don't always match our words. We can try to love better over and over again. Even the desire to love counts!

Love,
Edda

Well I tell nature I love her, but then I treat her badly. I overuse her land to feed my McDonald's belly. I pollute her air with car exhaust and toxic sprays. I cut down her forests so I can have a more "natural" environment inside my log cabin house. I call her all kind of names, and then I don't speak to her when I have wronged her. My mother earth deserves better than me. A wanderer would suit her better than I, must go.

Dear Wordless . . .
Part of our being here,
on this planet,
our mother earth,
is to learn life lessons
of love and compassion . . .
we are perfect just as we are,
and yet we are not perfect.
We must do the very best that we can
with strong hearts and good conscience,
and allow our mother earth the knowledge
that we are doing the very best that we can
in any given moment . . .
the very best that we can
in this moment,
and that is all that is required
with love . . .

No, dear Wordless, I have to contradict you: nothing ever is as it was before. Where there is life there is always change!

And so it is as it was not before now. I think that's right, or left, or dual anyway, not.
