About Attitude - Author Unknown - 4/6/2009 12:11 PM ( #1 )
The longer I live the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than circumstances, than money, than education, than failures or successes, or what other people say or do. It's more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. We can not change our past. We cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way. We have no control over the inevitable. The only thing we can do is pull on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. I am convinced that life is 10% what actually happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
So it is with you. We are all in charge of our own attitudes.

Dear Karen,

There is much wisdom in your quote!

When it comes to attitude, I just have one word, GRATEFULNESS!

And this is what this whole website is about!

Love,
Edda

Peace and joy!

Thank you Karen.  how true that is.  The law of attracion / right attitude, yes.  I once heard a teacher say that the universe loves you all so much that it will give to you more of whatever you hold in your thoughts.

sending light, love and hopefully a good attitude today, liliwings
No need to spend endless hours, days, weeks searching for the rainbow.  Open your heart and your eyes to see and know you are the rainbow you seek.  Rejoyce in the beauty of the co-creation of you.

Absolutely! Attitude is extremely, crucially important. With attitude, as the expression goes, we can have much altitude... So long, of course, as it's genuine, forthright. Those, for instance, whom are being adjudicated will fare so much better by their attitude, how they present themselves. Unfortunately, though, too many are glib, phony con artists; & it's not easy to read them. Psychopathic deviants, in particular, are masters of deceit & are cunning, seductive hoodwinkers.

Dear Bernie . . .
Aside from being socially responsible,
ultimately
we can only be truly responsible for ourselves
