Welcome to the forum, Juanita!
Looking through the other threads on this forum I don't see anyone from California.
You may want to post in one of the other forums and find in this way someone from your area. And even though you may not meet anyone in person you have the opportunity to meet a lot of wonderful people who are happy to listen to you.

I too, would like to welcome you to the gratefulness community.
Although on separate shores
the internet allows us to communicate with each other . . .

I believe that there might be at least one other person
