Please Pray for little James... - 5/6/2009 4:38 AM ( #1 )
I was woken uring the early hours of this morning by my sister to tell me her
little Boy James has been rushed to the children's hospital.
He was taken into resus and my poor dear sister had been told to
wait outside the room.He stopped breathing the doctors are with him
right now.

James has a condiion called Langerhans (LCH) LCH is not strictly a cancer but,
rather, a cancer-like condition that has been treated with chemotherapy and
takes medictaion daily.

Little James also suffers from a few types of  epilepsy as well.Bless him he
is a miracle ,the doctors told my sister he would have permanent brain damage and
would have to go to a special needs school if he survived.
James however proved them wrong ,he is nearly 6 and leads a normal life and is
thriving in everyway possible...

James is in and out of hosptial and I have to believe he will come out again
in his Mummy's arms.He bounces back so quickly he really does.

I realized this morning that my faith has kept me in light over this, but my sister is
so fragile she really is.

Could I ask you to say a prayer for both James and his Mummy please, even if you
don't believe in prayer just hold them in your thoughts right now.

Thank you ,thank you ..

Dear Jesus I ask you to guide both James and my sister into light,
come what may I know you will hold them both so lovingly.
Lord Jesus please hear my prayer's.

Dearest Sandra,

Of course I will light a candle and pray for little James and his mummy.
If I wasn't having such problems with the Forum I would have seen your post before, but I will go now and light a candle.

Blessings of Light, Love and Healing,
Jude

Dear, dear Sandra . . .
I am so sorry to hear of the illness of little James.
He has been a very strong and brave boy,
battling to overcome so many obstacles in his young life.
I have lit a candle both here on the forum
and here at my table
(which will go into the kitchen with me later)
for James and for your sister,
that she may be strong in love and in her courage.
You know that I will hold them both close to my heart
with much love . . .

Thank you ladies James came out of resus alive  thank God.
He had a Mri scan and is waiting for the results, but the best thing is..
he is now sitting up eating food!.

He will be in hospital for a while but that's fine .
It's  constant worry for my sister to have a child that
may or may not live a long  life.

I am just so grateful that he is fine.
It's prayer I am sure of this ,it has to be as he is indeed
a walking miracle.

Thank you Jesus ,thank you...

Sandra, dear, I am sorry I just found this but so pleased that little James is doing much, much better.  Know that Little James, his mummy and his doctors will be held in prayer, especially on the kitchen table candle.
He truly sounds like a little fighter(must take after his Aunty) who never gives up.  Bless all of you.  I am sure Jesus is very tenderly walking through this with Little James and your family and is probably carrying this Little Lamb on His shoulders.

Much hugs and prayers,
Shalom(May you be at peace in Body, Mind,& Spirit.)

Thank you Ladies for your prayers they helped more than you may ever know .

Tonight my sister was told that some of the medictaion that James was taking unknown to the doctors took the salt out of his little body.

This was fatal but for the grace of God his Seizure sent him to hosptial and they were able to help him in time.

I am so grateful that he is here with us I really am.

God is good he really is.

Love and warm warm hugs,Sandraxxxx

Dear Sandra, I am just now getting to come on the forum myself and I am sorry to hear about your little nephew. I am relieved though to find out that he is doing better. He has been through so very much. Like the others have already said on here he is a true fighter. I will still light a candle for him and your sister and of course you and your Louis as I always try to do. Love, Joya

Re:Please Pray for little James... - 5/6/2009 10:54 PM ( #11 )
Dear Sandra:   Oh I am so sorry to read this,  I would have responded so much sooner,  I wonder if thats why the cows were closer to the fence and alls I knew was to say a prayer for Sandra and Louis,  and that you and your family be blessed, perhaps he heard a whisper from me,  I can only think of the endurance your sister has to have for all of this,  for the 6 days i spent doing hospital life i wondered how anyone could do this ongoing, i mean i now know we must handle what is given and God will provide for us to have the strenghth and courage to face and go through,  I guess it is just overwhelming to me, I have to tell you I am so touched by the information you shared and made me think   mmmmm Austin won't have to go through back and forth to the hospital or Doctors telling us what they don't know just what most statistics add up,  I am so relieved to read he is doing well and eating and getting stronger, he is truly Blessed  he shall be rewarded, and I believe Little James will go on and tell and that just what Jesus wants.  My heartful thoughts of prayer will always be with Little James and your sister, as they are with you and Louise and many of the other forum writers.  I don't always get to respond i guess with the time zone differences and work schedule I'll always be catching up,  I apologize,  just know that i always keep you in my prayers and should I be preoccupied the cows seem to be a subtle reminder and believe me I have to pass them to get to where ever I am going on the major roads.
I find it extremely inspiring that while taking Sierra to school today,  on the radio the song
"He's my Son"  (its the tribute song to Austin on his website)  came on, this is rarely played on the station. and a friend called me as I was on my way into work,  I even asked her about this,  she insisted it is a sign, and to just go with it, God is telling you through radio...   I would just like to believe he was letting me know that Angel Austin and Angel Louise  was able to help another little boy and that is truly AWESOME

Alls I ever wanted since this has happened would be children  don't go through bad stuff and if Austin's story could save one it would make it a little better, and I never wanted another parent to have to go through the storm.
Please if you see him give him an extra huggie- from me and a kiss on the forehead.

Re:Please Pray for little James... - 5/7/2009 3:28 PM ( #18 )
Thank you ladies I believe in miracles too as James came home tonight,
this was the little boy who fought so hard yesterday .
Children bounce back so quickly they really do.

Do you know James is a little hero in so many ways,
when he was born he spent the first six months in hospital.
then he had chemo ,a hernia, endless fits a hickman line
put into his chest but yet he still smiled and smiled.

When he was three he took his first trip to the dentist because
his medi destroyed some of his teeth.
I will never forget what he did when he saw the dentist come near
to him in a white coat.He lifted up his jumper and said I will be brave
when you give me my chemo because it's making me better'.
The dentist's eyes filled up with tears ...

Little James is a fighter and the docotor's and nurses adore him
so much as do we all.

I guess for me if  am honest it's so sad to think my own little Louis was
born with an illness not compatable with life and my little Nephew has
an illness so rare and not at all related but could be fatal at anytime.

I also often wonder why me but there again why not me.I would not
change anything now as my beautiful Louis made me a 'Mummy' but
not just any Mummy his Mummy. Louis has given me more than I ever thought
possible.

My mind is free now from the heartache I suffered but for my sister
she lives with this everyday.

Can you keep my little Nephew nd his Mummy close in prayer tonight
please.

Thank you all ..thank youxx

R.I.P all our precious loved ones

My dear sandra, before coming to check your post to see how your nephew James was doing, I had already lit a candle for him and his mommy plus one for you and your Louis. Sandra, you have and are such an inspiration to so many people.  As I read your post and Xanadues, my eyes filled up with tears. I hope to one day have the same faith that ya'll have. You both have helped so many people in so many ways. I know that if you and I could change things that we would bring our babies back but what you said was so true, WE would NEVER change the fact that we were our angel babies mother. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to be my angel babies mothers. Even though I don't understand why they had to leave me so soon. The fact is that God chose me for some reason to be each of my angel babies mothers and that is something to be proud of. Thanks again for your loving posts. You, your nephew and his mom will be in my thoughts. Love Always, Joya
