Sandra sweetie, I love your heart.  But I think the Juliana whose birthday it is, is not our Juliana.  I think it is someone who signed up and never posted.  Or so it seems when I clicked to read her profile last night.  I did go to our Juliana's bio and it seems that her birthday was in January.

Sandra, your heart is wonderful. And since we missed Juliana's birthday, I  think it only fair to say Happy belated Birthday Juliana !!!!

sending love, liliwings

Dear Jude,

I, too, had sent Juliana an e-card! I am bad at remembering dates or else I would have remembered Juliana's real birthday. This shows that one should not depend on just seeing a name iin the space for birthdays! However, better one cake too many! And all the good wishes are good for any day or the year!

Love,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Dear Family,

You are so sweet to give me an extra birthday with cake and all... I hope you shared it among you! There must be a second Juliana somewhere... I strongly suspect mischievous Marvin to have caused the mixup - he did the same to Margaret, remember? Anyway, I have enjoyed the extra attention, having just returned from a tour to a lovely place in Germany, which was formerly a convent and is now a "Bildungszentrum" (Edda, please help with translating!) I gave a talk there on Non-Violent Communication. You can´t imagine how much I missed the café! They have a cafeteria there. After the talk I wanted to open the bottle of best red wine which I had been given - but - no corkscrew there! I then thought of having a nice cup of tea - but didn´t have the right coins to insert! So it had to be plain water... I am glad to be back!!!

Oh dear I caused a stir but a happy one at that!!!

Now dear Liliwings wants to know how we swing our hipsbut grant her she did her history bless her so much..

Well you got two cards off our family and lots of smiles at the same time.

Are you an attention seeker by any chance   .

Juliana to be honest when I read what Liliwings wrote about it was another Juliana's birthday it threw me as I thought how could there be someone else with your name. Now this is dim

It was not until dear fluffy & Jude pointed out to me you are indeed J1937 ,it never dawned on me but my excuse is it was so early in the morning not sure why the rest were so dippybut thanks to Edda I had   .

"Bildungszentrum" well to me this means actually I am not sure

Glad your home though to enjoy our     !!

I bet you were puzzled when you recieved your cards though

Can I have two birthday's as I actually feel left outand I am serious

Juliana challenged me to translate "Bildungszentrum".
It is a place for adult education and formation.
We might translate the word as Formation Center or Education Center.

I hope this helps!

Thank you again, all of you, especially Edda for translating!

No one was "dippy" - I myself didn´t know there were two of me!

By the way, did you know that "Silly me!" can be a very useful phrase? I teach all the young students who seek help with me because of problems they are having with English (teachers - ssshhh ) to use it when they have made a mistake, and it does impress adults!

Which one is the next (real) birthday we are going to celebrate?

Juliana
