Dearest Edda, Betty ,Margaret and Pat [link=http://www.gratefulness.org/ecards/view.cfm?c=1&e=1124412W]http://www.gratefulness...w.cfm?c=1&e=1124412W[/link] I would like to say thank you for all that you do for me I often pm you with things that may seem like nothing to some Yet you always make me feel like I am the only one You offer a hand when I feel so alone That is why I am happy to call this forum a safe home Your loving words help so many in need In each of us you plant a loving seed You share so much of your time with us all You make each one us feel so special and we grow so tall I came to this forum and I felt so alone But you took me under your wing And made this my home My little Louis must be so proud One day he will hug you he will say out loud ‘Thank you for what you have given my Mummy’ She even smiles and thinks she’s funny! The day he died I felt so alone But not anymore because I have a loving home Thank you ladies for all that you do I don’t say it often but I am so proud of you!! Love Sandra and Isabella Gratefulness II Bless you ladies for your kindness and your loving hearts ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love~and be loved in return♥♥

I agree . . . we come here with our joys and with our burdens, and rarely give a thought to who has made this place available to us . . . this place where we find compassion and support, and the kindness of 'friends we might never meet'. Thank you dear gratefulness people for all of it . . . Every day I come here with gratitude and with love . . . sparrow

'It is God’s nature to bless his people. As Abraham prepared to sacrifice his son, Isaac asked, “Father, where is the lamb for the burnt offering?” (Genesis 22:7). Abraham replied, “Jehovah Jireh”—the Lord will provide. He provided for the Pilgrims who came to this country in the seventeenth century, and he provides for us today. He gives us food, clothing, housing, medicine, and so many other material blessings. And for those who are Christians, he gives the peace of God that transcends all human understanding. Let us give thanks to God! 'The Greek word for thanksgiving is Eucharist. At the heart of it is charis, which means “grace.” God’s provision is a manifestation of his grace to us. We deserve only judgment for our sin, but God grants us mercy. Thank God for his grace!' (P.G. Matthew, 'Sermon Transcripts')

I too agree with all that has been said. I am so grateful for the heart felt generosity that Edda Betty, Magraret and Pat provide. I did a search of countries in the candle group. It is amazing how many people in so many countries seek refuge, hope, consolation here. Thank you for all you give in all areas of this beautiful website. Thank you for who you are. love, liliwings
No need to spend endless hours, days, weeks searching for the rainbow. Open your heart and your eyes to see and know you are the rainbow you seek. Rejoyce in the beauty of the co-creation of you.

Thank you all for your kind words! Margaret, Patricia and the webmaster do the really hard work, much behind the scene. Special thanks go, above all, to Brother David and his assistants who got this website started. It has provided for all of us a place where we can contribute our part to make it feel like home. And I really mean WE, including all who share their concerns, challenges and wisdom. With much love, Edda
