How do you start? Well, exactly the way you did! You started a new thread and now I would invite you to return, click on "Reply to message" and, if you wish, tell us more about yourself in the window which will open! There is always someone here ready to listen, offer support or help in whatever way possible!
 
You are free to respond to any posts you read by clicking on "Reply to message" and add your message in the window which opens. It is as simple as that!
 
I would recommend reading the introductory threads on top of the forums to get more information.
 
If you have any specific questions just post them and someone will try to answer them.
