Gratefulness Book

Once I took a workshop and the leader each gave us a little notebook and she said : write something every day that you are grateful for. Sometimes it is very difficult to do. But it is worth it. Also, keep the notebooks when they are full and go over them from time to time.

I do that, Line! I started a few years ago, when I was reading "Simple Abundance" and it has changed my life completely. It sounds so simple, almost too simple, and yes, I keep the notebooks too . . . Since I have been coming here I have been posting Gratitude on the "Today I am Grateful..." thread, as well as in my notebooks. You might like to do that as you get used to navigating the forums here. I love hearing when someone else is doing this. It is so very powerful. Blessings Line to you with love . . . sparrow

I have both books about Abundance (Sarah Ban Breathnach). They have been translated in French. For spiritual stuff, I prefer to read in my mother tonge.
