I do not believe in therapy - it keeps us mental. Understanding does not lead to integration - feliing without condition does. I suggest, if you truly wish to gain from this work, you commence The Presence Process. It will likely be the last book you read on the subject.
Kind regards,
Michael

My only reservation is his last sentence to you, that this will probably be the last book you read on the subject. I would be wary of anyone who made such a claim. Jude

I agree with this . . .
completely

This indweller is revered in all spiritual traditions by whatever name is chosen to refer to it, be it the Divine within, the Holy Spirit, the Divine Mother, Shekhinah, etc. It is she who empowers our striving for spiritual attainment and who is relentless in her efforts to guide, help, and urge us to this goal."

AMEN!!!

Peace, LOVE and Joy,
Diane

When you discover the Higher power within, you're truly on your way to Self-realization... and your discovery becomes a lifelong, never-ending, joyous adventure. Everything takes on a new dimension w/ kaleidoscopic perspective.

Dante referred to this journey as a voyage thru nature, wisdom & final happiness... People are so interesting esp. when you get to know them more in depth & are able to examine & share their motivations, life ways, & culture. Some of us are much more thinking or feeling; sensing vs. intuitive; introverted/extroverted; &, perceiving or judging. Whatever our persona or mask/facade may be, beneath all of us is an eternal Essence/Presence which can be brought into being, into full- fruition of inner-realization. Indeed, the root of education, educere, to draw forth, educe – possibility -> Essence …

And writing, of course can be a great therapeutic growth process – deeply enjoy this craft, have written & kept journals for a number of years & used this technique both as an undergad & graduate student in a number of classes. Over the years, too, as an educator/therapist have been experimenting w/ deep relaxation techniques & self-hypnosis w/ positive results w/ clients who’re ready to get in touch w/ deeper trauma such as dialoguing w/ their dream work & gradual desensitization of repressed issues.
