2 Good news

My spouse has been paid by the unemployment office. The cheque is in the mail (though we had a asked a direct deposit becausee a lot of mail gets mis-sorted around there because the addresses are too similar (a series of numbered avenues with all the same door numbers). Youhoo, I will be able to pay my electricity and telephone/Internet bills!
 
And I spoke to the provincial tax office civil servant who is in charge of my company's file (a very nice and humane man!) . It seems I can get an arrangement on my back taxes (my company owes back taxes... it's a long story --- part of my stress comes from that) if I supply a budget.
