Took me awhile to find the update on Leon! So sorry to hear about his fall but glad to hear he is recovering. I was so happy to hear of your helpful neighbor! Praying for Leon's continued recovery and for your strength. Blessings to you both!

It isn't easy to be 94 years old; it is a school for humility. It hard for Leon no to be able to do many things for himself anymore. Fortunately he has learned to accept help. We are grateful for our neighbors. Just this evening as we were coming back from church one neighbor, a well-built, still young man, helped me move the ramps for Leon's electric scooter, and reminded Leon to call him if he needs help getting upstairs! Don't think you have worn out your welcome!" he said to me the other day!
