my friend from school has been critically ill

Hi folks. I wanted to ask your assistance in lighting some candles and perhaps saying some prayers for my friend Nancy. I read on her facebook wall today, and figured out from all the posts from her friends that she was in the hospital and very very sick, spending at least part of the time in the ICU. I read that she is home now, but I have no idea what happened. Please join me at the candle group Nancy and light a candle for her when you can. thanks

i would be glad to light a candle for your friend, nancy.   i will also pray for you, as this not knowing is difficult for you.  if anyone can help me, i am having great difficulty finding candle groups for people (e.g., nancy).  i can't even find the one someone started for me.   i have memory problems and can't remember where they posted a link.

At the top of any candle page is a row of Titles. "Home, Candles, Search, Groups" etc. Click on "Search" and type in the name of the group you want.

Hello and I hope you are having a good week.
 
nancy emailed me in response to the notification email I sent her about her candle. She was so sick! and is still recovering slowly. She had 7 abdominal surgeries and was put into a medically induced coma and was on a respirator for two weeks. (poor dear~~)
 
she was in the hospital 5 weeks total and is getting physical therapy at  home now. She seems in good spirits and optimistic, thank goodness since a positive attitude  really helps in recovery....
 
thanks for lighting candles and your warm responses. I know she appreciates them since I asked her if I could post this info and she said YES the more support and prayers she gets the better! She believes prayers are what got her through this difficult time.
 
take care and be well my friends. If you are not well, I pray for you to have courage and strength to deal with whatever in your life that is hard to deal with.
