Please pray for a cure

My little grandson louie 7 has recently been diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. At present there is no cure for this devastating disease, and most boys dont live much past 20 years old. please pray that a cure will be found so louie will have the life he deserves. thankyou.

Dear Sharon,
Welcome to the forum. I am so sorry that you have such devastating news about your grandson.
I do indeed pray for a cure for this disease. I will light a candle in a group called louie unless you already have a candle group of your own.
I hope you will come back and talk to us some more if you would like to.

dear Sharon,
welcome to the forum. im so sorry that louie has been diagnosed with this illness. i will pray for him too that a cure is found and that it will happen asap. i dont know where you are in the world but where i am i just saw a supportive charity that provides people with support for this on the internet. i dont know whether that kind of support would help you but it was just a thought.
please be very gentle with all of you, both louie abnd all your family and know that i am praying for you and am just going to light a candle now.
