Our Darling Josie
-
10/15/2009 2:38 PM
Today is the end of our second month of grieving for our son, Jackson. Today, our darling 4 year old grandbaby had brain surgery to remove a benign tumor. So far, all is well. Her momma hugged me and said, "You know Jackson is watching over her." When Jackson introduced Josie to his girlfriend, saying (in a whisper), "she's the smart one!" We miss Jackson so much, but we know he was here today.

Dear Margaret, I am glad to hear that Josie's surgery went well. I hope she continues to do well. Yes, Jackson was watching over her! He is so close to you and all who know and love him. Let his invisible but very real presence comfort you! Much love, Edda

JOSIE THE BRAVE!! (the smart one) hehe Jackson was most certaily watching over that little girl. I'm so happy to know she's home and doing so GREAT!! Those kids mean so much to me, each one has their own charm!! I'll never forget our holidays spent together. Jackson made me a part of his family. As I'm growing older and I suppose "more mature" I am realizing the importance of Family. I'm grateful for having him in my life because it led me to the Harn's and McKee's. They have accepted me in their lives as well, which warms my soul and helps my heart. Thank you Jackson Stuart! <3 He would always say "do you know how to spell it?" - talking about his middle name- I think he thought I would spell it "Stewart" -- but I knew better. Margie called him Stu sometimes... I loved that.
