May we each recognize the "Life Force" that exists in each of us and so recognize the connectedness of all humanity. Bow! I think that's what it is all about. I'm really happy to be able to be linked to all of you via the internet and in other interesting ways, and grateful for the ones who started all that and keep it running. Namaste, Soshin

Today I am grateful that I told my best friend that I'm really grateful she is in my life. If I get knocked down by a bus tomorrow, I am glad that she knows I love her.

Solomon, I am grateful, tonight, for your post. We all so often take for granted that one we love will "always" be around or that we will always be around. Your post reminds all of us to tell those who are really important in our lives that we are grateful for their being there. I loved your post about your Mom an Dad running up the garden to take a picture of the butterfly.

Today I am grateful that I have the day off work. That I have no health problems. That I'm smart. That I've missed so many miseries.

J1937, Welcome to the forum and belated congratulations to your son on his 38th birthday. It sounds like you are very proud of him and glad he is your son. Your statement(quote of Solomon) is soooooo true. Some days if we can just keep trying that itself is something to be very grateful for.

Solomon, Thank you for your post about cold water. As you all have been inundated with rain, we are being inundated with heat, supposedly heat indices of between 110 and 115 all week. I will definitely join you in Today I am grateful for cold water . It sounds like you, J, and I am sure all who have been so damaged by the floods are very grateful for the sun! Our prayers go with them for a speedy return to normalcy and healing. (Could I maybe ship our sun to you all for all of this coming week??? May you and J both have a very blessed week.

I was thinking that it's a shame that we can't somehwo ship all the water to somewhere like Africa, where they can actually use it.

For all on this forum who have been praying for Connor, Dove436's grandson, I received an email from her stating that Connor is healing beautifully and she is very grateful for all the prayers. Today, I am very grateful for Connor's healing. Solomon, I too, wish we could find a way to send the excess flood waters, (England, India, etc.) to those who desparately face a water shortage worldwide. Perhaps the very best thing to do is to hold them all in prayer, those dying from lack of clean water and those subject to the devastating floods. May our Mother Earth come to balance and may each of us become aware of what we each can do as an individual to to help Mother Earth come to that balance. Have a blessed and sun filled week.
Yesterday is gone forever.Tomorrow may not come. Live Fully each moment today. Look for Good Things that Happen to you Every Day.

Today I am grateful for having received the greatest gift we all receive in this lifetime; the ability to love ourselves and share that love with others.

Today I'm grateful for a safe return from a very enjoyable vacation, and also for air conditioning.
