Edda and Leon,
I will hold Leon in the light tonight and for the next couple of days until Leon is well and at home. I hope and pray that he and you will have a nice experience and a good outcome tomorrow.
I lit another candle under the group E & L.

Today went well. Leon had his CT scan, lab work and was seen by several doctors, etc.
As far as I know surgery is scheduled for 1:00 PM tomorrow, Friday.

Dear Marie, Lori, Betty and Vicky, thank you and all for your prayers and good wishes. The orthopedic surgeon came out with a big smile on his face telling me that the surgery went extremely well and that Leon should be walking tomorrow! Of this I am not so convinced. When I got a chance to see him in the recovery room he felt rather poorly just coming out of anesthesia. He was also receiving a blood transfusion apparently having sustained some blood loss. I hope he will feel much better tomorrow.
