Hey Jude, now thats surely a blast from the very long ago past. Oh I do bet you were thrilled when that song came out.  I would guess you had many people singing it to you.   I think I was about 12 years old when the Beatles became popular in the US.  Hey Jude came along about 5 years later.  thanks to xanadue and you for sharing that blast from the past.

Actually, when the Beatles first came along I didn't like them at all. I was into Buddy Holly, Adam Faith, Del Shanon, etc. at the time. I thought the Beatles were awful It was years before I appreciated them.
I only became Jude about 10 years ago so when people started beginning my emails "Hey Jude!" I didn't twig at first. Then I rediscovered the song and I love it now!!

That's it Liliwngs..it is I know that it is!!it's just the doing this is

Its everyone but me.  No just kidding, of course its me also.  I think we are here to forget so that we can work that muscle of remembering our true self, Divine.  to remember God. To remember we never were seperate.   And for many of us thats not so easy all of the time.  For me its not easy most of the time.  But we are getting there.  Yes !!! Oh and by the way, sorry your nut clusters did not have chocolate on them.  I am sure they tasted delicious even without chocolate.yes?

I really am supposed to be writing my gratitude for the day.  But I seem to be stopping off at other threads first.  I just put on my eye glasses to see that its 1:30.  So I suppose its time to head over to the I am grateful for section of this family  and then head off to bed.  Which I am grateful for already.

Yes Liliwings, I was Judith. I've never been happy with my name! I was Judy for years, and I HATE that now, then a new friend started calling me Jude (as an abbreviation of Judith) I was starting a new life on my own and wanted a new identity, but one everyone would recognize me by, so Jude stuck and I adopted it.
 
I think the name Jude is an individual name in its own right, so people never made the connection....neither did I.
