Today, I'm grateful for beauty...

Dear Sandra,

I strongly hope the announcement of your leaving us for a few months (!?) has no background of any unhappiness! I´ll miss you terribly, as I so much enjoy reading (without often responding) your posts! No more pretty roses for awhile, the smell of which used to come out of the computer...

As for the children who came asking for money, I forgot to say that they are not POOR by any means! Although I understood they had figured out a childlike way which they thought would provide them with some extra money I needless to say didn´t want to promote consumerism at such an early age. It was a little lesson I had to teach them...

i, too, have taken a break from this forum as needs arise and time is required elsewhere and taking the time away has done nothing but increase my appreciation of all that is so freely shared here

i too have taken many photos of what i thought were going to be of hawks but were instead of clouds with the hawk zooming out of the photo area

For all of her many fans, yes our "cheeky nanny" (thank you Buba) is still snapping and has more "eye candy" for us all.  I know we all can't do without our "fix" of beauty so I promised her I would post these for her.










Sorry I forgot to put spaces between them.  It takes longer for those of us who are rank amateurs vs the professionals.  There are more to come today, but since I am short on time, we will save them for your after dinner desert. Whenever she has new "snaps" to post, she
will let me know and I will post them so, you will not be required to "abstain" from eye candy even though our "cheeky nanny" is on hiatus. I have a feeling that she, like all the many who don't post, will "visit" to read the posts.

Buba, the water ball looks wonderfully inviting on the type of days we have been having. The wonders you accomplish with a phone camera, I am sure Goran stretches its capabilities each time he goes with you to snap. Thank you for all the beautiful flowers.  I was once again in need of eye candy.

What beautiful gardens you have where you live,

looks so cracked and dry . . .

wonderful photos!

i needed a good dose of beauty this morning in a day when i had another important item to take care of and you lovely ladies provided it with your glorious photos.

i wanted you to know that i have a small depression where there used to be skin in my face from a visit to the dermatologist - it looks so beautiful! i love to see it every chance i can. it is healing nicely and i keep it covered with a band-aid.

i was worried that i had another skin cancer and i do not! i was worried that this dark black growth on my face that had spread was melanoma and the dermatologist told me it was in face seborrheic keratosis!

what a relief.

i wish all of you the wonders of yet another joyful day of life.
