Thank you all for this abundance of gorgeous pictures. I am not mentioning names because I don't want to omit someone. I have trouble keeping up with everything! I just noticed the pictures attained full size while I was away ironing!

Like several others, I can't choose any favorite picture since they are all wonderful in their own way. I do have a weakness though for the kittens under the curtains!

Love,
Edda
Peace and joy!

Liliwings, I love the picture with the purple trees.  The railing looks like a porch is here where I could just go and “Be”.  Is the one with the trellis in your garden?  I love the pink flower with the red star in the center and the long stemin.  One could write
all kinds of stories about it.

Jude, the houses along the vacant street look so peaceful.  The one with the rock formation and the ocean could almost be titled “The Locke Ness Monster Taking a Drink.” It’s the first thing I thought of when I saw it.  I agree with Buba about the Cotswold area.  It truly looks peaceful, like the perfect place for an early morning or late even stroll.  (It was up very very early—sometimes these “older women” just don’t sleep much at night.

Buba, May I come sit under the palms with you and watch the ocean go by.   SSShhhhhhh, don’t tell anyone—I’ll meet you on
the island and it will be our secret little escape.                                         I love the spray paint can.  How did you get it to write different messages.
Sparrow, I agree, the kitten pictures are perfect.    The oceans are spectacular. Those of us who live in the Midwest do have a taste of them in “My” Lake.  When I am in Chicago, most of my time is
spent at Lake Michigan.

Yesterday is gone forever.Tomorrow may not come. Live Fully each moment today. Look for Good Things that Happen to you Every Day.

Buba, thank you for the lovely pictures! Is the first one sticky? If so, I think it's what we call 'Cleavers' (because it 'cleaves' to us I suppose)or another name....'Sticky willy' It can be a terrible problem in gardens because of its rate of growth, but it is also a useful cleansing herb, used to cleanse the blood in the Spring. I put it with Lemon Balm to make a lovely tea with honey.

The one growing on the roof we call 'Houseleek' (heaven knows why!) or Sempervivum, another herb. I'm sure there is a good reason why people grew them on the roof, was it to help make the roof watertight or something?

Old Man's Beard! (Fairy's Hair is a much prettier name!)One of my favourite hedgerow plants which looks like snow when the seeds ripen. It is a wild form of Clematis.

I smiled when I saw the 'Peaceful view' as it could almost be a picture of the South Downs in the South of England.

Gosh my computer is happily posting again...it has been tempermental on this thread. My new toolbar disappeared and going into view has not made it reappear yet! So I am grateful to be able to post one of the ocean shots that I find so very beautiful and I too had a hard time picking just one. I love the pristine beach and the reflection of the Palm Trees and the colorful oceans of the different  blue shades....Ahhhhhhhh.....serenity to me. All the shots are so beautiful that have been shared here....I have enjoyed them these past few days...Thank You All! Diane

Betty, thank you for posting more pictures from cheeky nanny.  I could see a face in the tree.  How beautiful !!!  All of the photos are amazing. But thats the one that made my heart leap.

Is the one with the trellis in your garden?  alas it is not.  but I am sure that whomever has this garden would be pleased to have you come and sit while soaking up the colors and life.

I am coming to join you at the beach. I will bring refreshments and a chair.  Are others coming as well?  Maybe we can all have a beach party.  Must I be shaped like a smiley though???  Actually it may be an improvement now that I think about it

Jude the archway the the rocks form in the photo with the ocean is awesome.  I would love love love to be there.

Buba, the photos you took from your Dad's weekend house are beautiful. I really like the plants on the roof. The look like what we call succalents.  Aeonium aka hens and chicks page with hens and chicks on top photo
now that was a link that probably was 6 lines long. oh it felt good to know how to shorten it.

The roses are beautiful. I like the fairies hair grass. We do not have that here.  Nor do we ususally have such clear blue skies.

Diane, I can smell the salt water.  ahhhhhhhhhh thank you for putting that photo there.  Ask and I receive. You took care of my request.  I just scrolled down and we all are at the beach. Figures you would have thought to do that.  you so relate to the ocean.  thank you !!!

here are some photos of Vermont

No need to spend endless hours, days, weeks searching for the rainbow.  Open your heart and your eyes to see and know you are the rainbow you seek.  Rejoyce in the beauty of the co-creation of you.

Liliwings,
The lake looks so serene we could go there too with our chairs!
The rainbow is so beautiful next to the farm reminds me of my Aunt and Uncles farm house in Frenchtown back in New Jersey. Lovely and tranquil.....ahhhhh

Peace, Love and Joy,
Diane

i propose we all meet in england so we can all see the beautiful countryside there that looks so gorgeous in all jude's delightful photos

then we can all take a walk around together and see the sights where she photographs

and then sit down and rest and catch up

next year we could all meet in chicago or somewhere and ...

thanks to all for the beautiful photos - they are nourishment for my soul
