I went back
and realized
that I missed many photographs . . .
Jude,
your autumn walk is spectacular!
and your winter jasmine
is like nothing I have ever seen.

I also enjoyed your rainy day,
(especially, I think,
the one with the blue umbrella and golden leaf . . . )
dear Buba,
the clearing sunset
and your kitchen garden
complete with fairy dust.
(makes me think of liliwings)
Just lovely . . .
Thank you all,
for eye candy
with love . . .

Thank you, all posters of eye-candy, which I gratefully enjoy! (I´ll have to get myself a camera, since I so often spot motifs I´d like to share with you. This will take place in spring...)

Thank you, Jude! Beautiful.

Buba, I have to tell you that my mobile (cell) phone has no in-built camera. Don´t forget that I´m the oldest bird - that´s why I got myself a big "Handy" as we call it in Austria, specially designed for "seniors", simple to handle, with only the vital functions, big keys (?)... It´s ever so funny that young people will say, "Oh cooooool!" when they see it...

Juliana, my phone has none of these extras on either! I actually bought it because it was the cheapest available. It is a small one, but I only use it as a phone and text with it sometimes. It also has a useful facility for putting reminders on which I use quite a lot. Rather like an alarm clock, which it also has.

Fluffy said Is Spring really only 19 weeks?!
It is indeed not that I am one for counting dates or anything:)...

Lovely snaps Jude thank you lots...

I see Jonathan's seagull took a liking to you:)

Last few of Autumn colour...
Jude when summer was coming to an end I was very sad because I thought that was the end of beauty. Then Autumn came and it blew me away with all of it's wonderful colour and beauty it held.I have a feeling Winter will do the same.It made me see each season holds such beauty in it's own unique way...

Oh dear I laughed so much reading this not out of disrespect though it's because I am as simple as they come!!

Juliana my phone is as cooooool as yours ) but sadly not as cool as Buba's:(.Buba your snappy phone gave/gives us all so much joy .The photos were so clear .They are now though as well but for a camera phone they were amazing .I guess they just never made phones like that in my day:)

Then Autumn came and it blew me away with all of it's wonderful colour and beauty it held.

I can remember when that happened to me! I associated Autumn colours with things dying. Now I can't imagine why I thought that!! You're right Sandra, each season has its own beauty. When the trees lose their leaves we can see just how beautiful they are underneath.

Dearest Juliana, you make me smile but I must admit I was in your club too!
I also had BIG HANDY PHONE at first and I liked it so much, but my younger sister loves to change phones ,
so when she  got her a new phone she gave me her "old"one, and the third one I've got from her was
the one with very good camera.
I was also surprised by pictures it made and my sister's new one phone does not make as good pictures
as this one she gave to meThen a Good Fairy came and sent me as a gift a real digital camera and
my pictures became better,I am so grateful for thatBut I must use sometimes my phone-camera,
don't want to make it cry! It is jealous at new camera!as camera took it's place....

P.S.: It´s my "marketing strategy" to keep you waiting for my snaps...

Good strategy Juliana as we all know that something we want
is more interesting while waiting for it...

Us old birds like things to be as simple as possible.....yes?

YES inded dear JUDE! Me too !

Your autumn foliage is so lacy,
dear Jude,
and as always
I love your berries.
Many of Jonathan's brothers, sisters and cousins
live near me too!
I think it is because the river is so close by . . .

Now Buba . . .
your pictures are beautiful
whether you use your fairie camera or your cell phone.

you people are way ahead of me,
as I don't even own a cell phone!
I have seen one advertised though,
that is specifically targeted for older people . . .
large keypad,
basic function.
It is called the 'Jitterbug'.

Dear Sandra . . .

from Sandra...when summer was coming to an end I was very sad because I thought that was the end of beauty. Then Autumn came and it blew me away with all of it's wonderful colour and beauty it held.I have a feeling Winter will do the same.It made me see each season holds such beauty in it's own unique way...

This is so very true,
and amazes me with each season's change
with love . . .
