Hi Glenys,
Has Bobi returned from his trip? I pray that all is well and that he is now home
and has many stories and pictures to share with you.

Hi Vicky, how are you? How is little Jacob, pure joy I am sure!
Bobi is still away, he is in Belgium and has decided to stay a while - he has a job in a bar but will not be paid until the end of the month. He does phone quite regularly - last week was to tell me he had no money and could he "borrow" some"! Which we did!
It was difficult decision really as he chose to give up a job and go travelling and he has to learn to live within his budget. On the other hand, maybe this will make him "understand" the true meaning of being responsible and being independent. As parents we also wanted to help him out!
I guess these are life lessons for Bobi and for me and my husband as well.
I am so grateful for the conituned thoughts, support and prayers of everyone in this community. Namaste Glenys x

Hi Glenys,
Glad to hear Bobi is safe and well. The story of him asking for financial help will ring bells with a lot of other parents I'm sure, including me. I'm sure he will appreciate it and not take advantage.

Love Jude

Thanks Jude! He was just on the phone now, he has got extra hours where he works temporarily so this should help him. He says he is going to move on down to Spain in a month or so. I guess I will just have to get used to things and learn to let go!
Sending you warm thoughts and prayers of support and love. Glenys x

Thank you, Glenys, for keeping us posted. I am glad to hear that Bobi is learning about life on his own and doing well.. This is quite a "growing" experience for both of you!

I'll keep both or you in my prayers,
With every good wish,
Edda

Hi Glenys,
I can only echo what Edda says, remembering the time when my son started out on his own. I tried to calm my fears by telling myself how important his traveling experience was for him. And it proved to be so valuable! I´ll continue keeping Bobi and you in my prayer.

Love,
Juliana

Glenys, It sounds like Bobi is having a wonderful adventurous trip. Oh, to be young and free again!  He is lucky to have parents that will help him out financially to live out his dream. This trip will help him with life skills he will use forever.

Thanks for asking about our little Jacob. He is 2 months now and he is a joy to be around. He is doing fine and is getting bigger every day. It will certainly be a joyous Happy Mother's Day for our family next Sunday!

Thank You Edda, I am looking forward to seeing him but feel quite guilty as well as mum is having to go into repsite care for a week while I am away. It's hard work to be sure , keeping all these plates spinning in the air! But the same for us all in different ways. I hope Leon continues to improve and that you are keeping well. Have a good weekend Glenys x

Dear Glenys,
Have a great time visiting with your son. I bet you are counting the days until you go. Your Mother will be fine for a week without you and you deserve to get away. Have a safe trip!! Enjoy yourself.

Welcome to the forum, Warden!
I lit a candle for my husband at the site you provided. I have been to Walsingham a long time ago  but was not aware of this shrine.

Wishing you everything good,
Edda
