This morning Im greatful for THIS MOMENT. The past is gone. TOmorrow may never come. In THIS MOMENt 'all is well'.

I wanted to recommend a great book Ive been reading by Susan Jeffers . Its  called 'EMBRACING UNCERTAINTY'. WOw what an awesome book!

Ive been living for the past 2 months with TOTAL UNCERTAINTY (which normally would scare me and cause me anxiety). Instead of dreading the future or worrying about why Im so confused and uncertain Im saying 'Bring it ON!". Even though I really dont know WHY Im going through this I am saying "I just want to know the LESSON within this situation" as opposed to wanting to control it.

'I CAN be peaceful WITHIN any situation!!'

Im being patient with myself too. Not expecting me to know WHY things are going in this direction but just riding the wave.

Just so glad to have changed my attitude lately. Ive also been reading 'HAPPY FOR NO REASON" by Marci Shimoff...and Esther and Jerry Hicks books.

Dear Michelle, I am happy for you that you have reached this state of equanimity that allows you to live fully in the present moment without worrying about the future no matter how uncertain it may be. It is good to be so open to whatever the present moment has to teach. It isn't easy, I know. I try to live in the present moment, the NOW, but I don't always succeed!

Wishing you continued peace and serenity,
Much love,
Edda

Marie
I have been eternally grateful God led me to Zen, Abraham, Buddha and all teachings inluding Christ whose message is live in this moment oh true at times I lapse but I just bring myself into the moment with a Om or meditation as soon as I realize I am going past or future. My meditation practice was so important at helping my practice of living in the moment. My anxiety of past that led me to Panic Attacks became a thing of the past and my patience and acceptance of all God gives is my journey and lessson....and I am so GRATEFUL iT is the base of all I have become and serenity is always available if I choose it And mostly I do.....there is an Abraham "Daily Message All Is Well You Are Loved" its really not by chance that my Mother always said good bye in our nightly phone calls with these exact words a few weeks after she transitioned to heaven someone sent me the web message with this tag line at the top....journey....
Edda and Marie thanks so much for beginning this thread it will be a popular and loved one for me....I choose green for growth and calming
Namaste
