You all remember how the kindergarten teacher all told
you if you imagined stuff You could sometimes see it in the
clouds. It's true!!!,I do this all the time on sunny days.
Just in a chair in a sunny area on a warm day,and look
up at the sky. If there are clouds around,Take a deep
breath and relax. Think of an object next. Anything.
It could be cars,animals,people. One time I saw
one that looked a bear eating a fish,Another time
I saw one that looked a bunny hopping around
Just use your imagination,Fun for all ages
and a great way to relieve stress!
