Hi Michelle! I too, am glad to hear you are feeling better. Something that I have found very helpful in dealing with withdrawal from cigarettes and anxiety in general is accupunture. Nowadays there is something called electronic accupuncture that doesn't use needles, (if one has an aversion to them). This has worked wonders for me.
