Dear Friends,I wanted to let you all know that Kathy came through the surgery beautifully this morning. The doctor said everything went as planned and he thinks he got all the cancer. If the lymph nodes show that the cancer hasn't spread, then Kathy probably won't even need chemo or radiation! Thank YOU, God!!! Thank you all for praying for her! I've not been on for a few days and just read your thread about your niece Kathy. I am pleased the op went well and I hope that following that she will need no more treatment and that the cancer has all gone. I know what its like to have a loved one with this illness and all the worry it brings its heartbreaking to watch your loved one go through it all. I hope that the results come back good

Dear Friends,
My heart is breaking as I write this. The pathology report indicated an aggressive, stage III, grade III, cancer. Kathy will be facing chemotherapy and radiation in the following weeks.

Please pray for Kathy, her children, her father, and her sister. Kathy's mother died two years ago from ovarian cancer...that is on all of their minds...

Joy in the midst of our sorrow, Kathy's sister, Kristie, gave birth to our newest great-nephew on Tuesday morning! Christopher Michael weighed 8 pounds, and was 19.5 inches long. He is the most beautiful baby! Kristie is doing well, and so is Christopher!

Shirley, I am so sorry that Kathy did not receive better news. You must all be devastated. I pray that the cancer responds to the treatment and that Kathy is given strength, support and courage to help her through this. I pray that the healing Angels surround Kathy and her children with loving, healing energy. Also a prayer of thanks for the safe arrival of little Christopher to your family. May God keep you all,always in His Care.
