Hello,Everyone.

Just wanted to let you all know that I will going to the doctor soon. Last night during dinner I told my mom that
lately I've been having too many headaches and nausea.
She always tells me to take medicine,But it doesn't help.
So I told her I need to make an appointment soon.

I'm tired of the pain,Either in my head,stomach or
even my bones. That's why I can't ever fall asleep
at night. And I still wake up early the next day. Even
I eventually get tired and fall asleep during the day.

So maybe this will give me a chance to fnd out
what's really wrong with me. Just hope and pray
to God that everything turns out well for me!!

Dear Leanda,
I echo Edda's advice to see the Doctor as soon as you can. Often when we are worried about our health the symptoms are worse, so seeing a Doctor might help.

You are experience symptoms that should not be ignored. I pray that your doctor's visit goes well and they can figure out what is causing your pain.

Dear Leanda,
Did you go to the doctor? I have found that worrying about possible illness can actually make me feel worse, and seeing the doctor to rule out any likely physical causes can make the symptoms go away. So it is important to rule them out first.

It could be that, like me, you are suffering from anxiety, because that can cause all sorts of strange symptoms in our bodies.

You have lots of concerns in your life at the moment so do please look after yourself. If you are able to visit someone like a naturopath as well as your doctor, so much the better, because they can give you the time and attention that the doctor can't.

Happy, I've only just read this post after posting up Elton John's song on the other posting you placed on the forum.

It really is important that you should go and see a doctor, because you may need to rest up, from school, from college. Please go and see one soon and let us know how you got on. If you need to rest, you need to know soon as possible rather than trying to keep going. I hope your Mum can go with you.
