My second Christmas without my boy. It is so very hard. I do miss him. Lighting the candles here gives me a sense of peace. Reading about others gives me a sense of belonging.

Dear Jolene, Christmasday is especially lonely without a loved one. I can understand that you miss Stevie terribly. I keep lighting candles in the group already started for him, "Steve".

Dearest Jolene, My 2nd one too without my son. This is such an unhappy place to be without our boys. I can still hear my son's voice, I hope I never forget it. He's alive in my heart as I'm sure Stevie is in yours. God Bless you Jolene, you'll always be in my prayers and so will your Angel~*~Stevie~*~.

Thank you all for your kind words and the love I feel in this group. Edda you are truly a good and caring person. Lori I think of you so often. I know that my Stevie is in a better place with no more pain and no sorrow but I do so want him hear with me. Bless you all.

Jolene, thank you for reaching out to me and offering me comfort. You told me that this is not an easy journey that we now have to make, and that's true, but since I have found this website, I now know that sadly I'm not making this journey on my own. I have felt so alone and lost these last ten months. I'm so sorry, that sadly, you understand. I've lit a candle for your Stevie and I wish you peace.
