Hi Everyone
I work for a charity, every year Bill and his colleagues donate money to the project for the children to have a day trip away during the school summer holidays. Around this time every year he calls in to see me or telephones to ask me what the kids would like to do, how much it will cost and then sends in a cheque.
There is no "catch" or alterior motive to this act of kindness, no desire for public thanks or recognition, a silent act of kindness.
Bill came in to see me yesterday. He has cancer, there is no cure only palliative care. He wanted to know where the kids would like to go for an outing this summer and how much it will cost.
Please pray alongside me for this kind, generous gentleman. A prayer of healing comfort and peace for Bill and for his family. Amen
Glenys

Dear Glenys,

I am sorry to read about Bill's illness and will join you in praying for his comfort and healing.
I'll light a candle for him in the "ALL" group.

Much love,
Edda

Glenys,

I will bring Bill and all the people who know and love hm, in my prayers to Lourdes next week.

Miracles do happen, even when all is against them.

Prayers of healing for Bill. What a wonderful person to give a special day to the children without looking for something in return. I pray that he receives healing.
