Good, gracious, gentle and generous friends,
My unusual angel finally came back after leaving a big mess for most of a week. He made progress today and promises to make more progress tomorrow. After some complaints from him, I gave him some things to make it a better deal. He was happy with the new deal and I was happy that he finally came back.
I have had five different sellers tell me that they would buy the property and each one backed out at the last minute. I am confident that the right person will come along now that the asking price is significantly lower.
I feel that a new day is dawning in my life and I am welcoming the change as I know that God has wonderful things planned for my future.
God bless each of you and I hope this spring brings each of you a new dawn full of positive changes in your lives.
