Good, gracious, gentle and generous friends,
My unusual angel finally came back after leaving a big mess for most of a week. He made progress today and promises to make more progress tomorrow. After some complaints from him, I gave him some things to make it a better deal. He was happy with the new deal and I was happy that he finally came back.

I have had five different sellers tell me that they would buy the property and each one backed out at the last minute. I am confident that the right person will come along now that the asking price is significantly lower.

I feel that a new day is dawning in my life and I am welcoming the change as I know that God has wonderful things planned for my future.

God bless each of you and I hope this spring brings each of you a new dawn full of positive changes in your lives.

Today my unusual angel made a little more progress.

He has failed to do anything yet that he has promised to do by any of the time frames promised.

He has however remained sweet if undependable.

Some progress has been made and today is a good day.
