Dear Deliz, Yes, the pain does ease a little each day. Try to accept the fact that pain is natural after the loss of a loved one. We are given the strength to bear it. If you do not feel like talking to anybody, that is okay. I remember just wanting to sit and BE for some time every day, without thinking, without doing anything. Then you will again have the energy to go about your daily chores. I also remember saying, simultaneously with my son, "What would Dad want us to do? To go on with our lives as normally as possible, eating, sleeping, working, living..." A saying of an Austrian poet has always sustained me at times of acute sadness: "When you feel so sad that you think no one can comfort you, do some good to someone, and you will feel better presently ". Love and hugs from your "distant sister", Juliana _____________________________ Speak Peace in a World of Conflict
