I'm so sorry.Prayer's are with you.I haven't loss a husband .But loss a few family members.I still cry.almost every night.Even though I'll see some of them again. This world somtimes sucks.
It's wasn't God plan for death to happen to all of us.
it's because of sin.If you believe in we can sin.But because of His son.(John 3:16) death dosen't have to be the end. It's can be a beinging.
I'm holding on to that hope.

Diana,
I'd like my welcome to you to the site as well.

I am sorry you are having to go through and want to encourage to share your grief.

It's funny but grief shared is grief lessened or so it seems to me.

Although I can't begin to understand your loss, I can send you a pretty iris flower to let you know you are in my prayers.

Hi its me again, I need some advice,  Does the pain ever seem to ease alittle I have been having real hard time these past few days. I hurt so bad in side that I don't even want to talk to any one. I keep thinking what if and what happened?

J1937 -> RE: Loss of a loved one (6/4/2008 3:44:40 AM)

Dear Deliz,

Yes, the pain does ease a little each day. Try to accept the fact that pain is natural after the loss of a loved one. We are given the strength to bear it. If you do not feel like talking to anybody, that is okay. I remember just wanting to sit and BE for some time every day, without thinking, without doing anything. Then you will again have the energy to go about your daily chores. I also remember saying, simultaneously with my son, "What would Dad want us to do? To go on with our lives as normally as possible, eating, sleeping, working, living..."

A saying of an Austrian poet has always sustained me at times of acute sadness:
"When you feel so sad that you think no one can comfort you,
do some good to someone, and you will feel better presently ".

Love and hugs from your "distant sister",
Juliana

Dear Deliz,

I can only second what Juliana has said, the pain will ease, but it takes time. Some days will be better than others. There are others in the forums who have shared with us the way they have learned to cope with loss. There will be new life for you!

Much love and warm hugs,
Edda

Edda,
You have been so kind to all of us for so long.

I thought I would send you some flowers as a very small token of my appreciation for making the forum such a wonderful place for me.

I am grateful that you share your beauty and compassion with all of us so freely.
