Dear Judi, welcome to the forum. I am sure Stefan's family appreciates your prayers and compassion. You can light a candle for him by going to the candle group marked "stfn" or back to the first entry on this thread.
Thank you,
Edda

My deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your son Stefan.   May God bring you peace and comfort.   I too lost my only son on December 22, 06.  He was 24 when he lost his life in a vehicle accident.   The pain is unbearable.  Stay close to family and friends and let them help you through the pain.  I have lit a candle for Stefan and you.

Lori

Thank you Lori.

Stefan is not my son, he is the son of a very dear friend.

I travel in tragic circles it seems, my niece passed away from a brain tumor in 1996 at the age of four and my son (now 12) was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2003.

My son is doing very well right now.  We pray that continues.

Three of my friends lost children in less than four weeks.

I know the children are looking into the eyes of God, it's their parents that are in need now.

I will pray for you too

- Kathy
