Lori, Glenys, Edda, Juliana, Jude, Barbara, Claire, Vicky, Lynn, Marie, T.O. and all of you who have prayed and lit candles without posting, your prayers are being answered. Early yesterday morning I received a phone call from Paul to come to the hospital alone before anyone else got there. After spending two plus hours there, I can honestly say your prayers are being answered. Some much need spiritual healing has very powerfully begun, which is always the most important healing that can occur. Thank you for all your prayers and candles for continued healing both body and spirit but especially spirit.
May we all be completely open this week to whatever the Holy One knows is greatest gift for each of us and may we have the wisdom and courage to accept those gifts.

Dear Betty,
Wonderfully put. Spiritual Healing is all about what is in the best interests of the person being healed, and it doesn't always mean getting better physically.

I am pleased that our prayers are being answered and hope that Paul gets all the healing he needs.

Love, Jude

Because of low red cell count, Paul was not allowed to start his second set of chemo. Instead, they are now doing bone marrow testing. Hopefully, the results will be back the beginning of this week. Thank you for all of your prayers.

The results of the bone marrow tests came back and Paul does have bone marrow cancer. Please continue your prayers for him both for physical comfort and courage and that he find peace with all his "if onlys".

I'm sending prayers for Paul, his family and you as you all experience the diagnosis. I can say I have seen small miracles in our family as we struggled with my Moms transitions...time was given in increments however we embraced moments like days, laughter, hours of memories and joyous laughter, celebrations we made every visit a party with malts and fav foods even balloons, ended every visit in the chapel and prayed for God's help and he provided all understanding  strength and love we needed.

Thank you all for your continued prayers and candles. Apparently in spite of massive doses of chemo, there has been no effect on the cancer.
The only effect it has had has been to make Paul unable to eat because of swelling and severe blistering in his mouth and throat and bleeding of his gums. The drs have finally attributed the necessity for 20 some transfusions and similar numbers of phoresis treatments to cancer in his spine besides the esophogeal, liver and lung cancer. He is in a lot of pain. Please pray for relief of the pain and comfort and peace of spirit.

Dear Betty
I send tis prayer for Paul, you and his family with my heartfelt request that you all find the peace of the lord I will meditate on this requestto Saint Anne on behalf of those who need inercession, comfort and love.
God Bless you as you have Blessed all here Betty with your compassion, wisdom and spiritual sight.

O glorious St. Ann, you are filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer! Heavily burdened with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present intention which I recommend to you in your special care.

Please recommend it to your daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and place it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy issue. Continue to intercede for me until my request is granted. But, above all, obtain for me the grace one day to see my God face to face, and with you and Mary and all the saints to praise and bless Him for all eternity. Amen

I also extend this request of comfort and peace to all here at the grateulness site in need of relief rfrom worry or anxiety that each of us and all here may know the relief and joy of God's Resurrection in our lives at each level needed.
Namaste
