Well-being seems to be the core, the most important experientially-based concept to be learned, to be transmitted from person-to-person, teacher-to-student, from the most-together-to-the-most-alienated members... Without this experience, this unifying-integrating knowledge nothing can be transmitted beyond mere knowledge and information; yes, nothing but the same.

There is, in a word, a deeply meaningful initiation which when passed down from generation-to-generation, constitutes the crux, the very essence, and the ultimate salvation of mankind and the flowering of human civilization...
