Dear Leanda, health is a gift we don't always appreciate enough until we get sick or develop chronic problems. While we pray for this gift we also need to do our part in doing everything necessary to keep us healthy!
I believe happiness is a choice in the way we approach life. Are we grateful for what has been given us, or are we always looking for what we don't have?

Staying with my Sister and her husband, who are both insulin dependent diabetics, it makes me very grateful indeed for my own reasonably good health.
